    • Built a 20x30 pavilion for a wedding on Bremen Long Island in Maine.
    • Performed renovation work on multiple homes built before 1900 in Maine and Vermont.
    • Completed minor structural work, additions, building efficiency improvements, and aesthetic restoration work.

  • Project Manager & Carpenter | Blair Custom Builders (January 2026 – July 2026)

    • Directed residential carpentry projects across Western Vermont, managing full lifecycles from estimating and client communications to budget tracking.
    • Led on-site crews of carpenters delivering custom decks, structural repairs, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and fine finish work.

  • Partner & Carpenter | Abacus Design Build (March 2023 – June 2024)

    • Maintained an exclusive contract with Savu Sauna.
    • Contributed to improved sauna designs using modern building science and techniques like continuous exterior insulation and engineered lumber.
    • Led teams building residential and commercial saunas frame-to-finish, including builds at Madbush Falls featured in a New York Times article.
    • Managed Savu’s shop in Williston, maintaining power tools and ensuring safe tool use.
